What we collect
Manipulatives has no accounts, sign-in, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. Everything your child builds stays on your device. The only information sent to the Manipulatives team is a support message that a parent chooses to submit, an optional parent reply email, and limited delivery context: app version, platform, locale, and submission time.
Children's privacy
Manipulatives is made for parent-led use with children ages 4-9. The support form is inside the For Parents area and asks only for a parent's optional reply email. We do not ask children for a name, email address, account, location, or any other personal information.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, payment details, or Apple ID. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.
The website and web demo
Our website, including the free playable demo, sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and requires no account. The tools run entirely in your browser. Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address in ordinary server logs to deliver the pages.
Parent feedback and support
If a parent sends in-app feedback, the Manipulatives team receives the message and, only when supplied, the parent's reply email. We use this information only to provide support and improve Manipulatives. The feedback service stores accepted messages for up to 90 days, does not use them for advertising or tracking, and does not sell them. Delivery failures may remain temporarily in a bounded outbox on the device until they can be retried.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes what it collects - for example, if we add optional cloud sync - we will update this page first and change the effective date at the top.
